We loved connecting with customers on Etsy, but the platform has become increasingly restrictive for independent designers. High fees, limited creative control, and strict listing rules made it difficult for us to offer the flexibility and pricing our community deserves.

Q. How do I download my digital files after purchase?
Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an instant download link on the confirmation page and via email. You can also log in to your account at any time to re-download your files.
Q. What file types are included?
ost designs include high-resolution PNG files (transparent background), and in many cases SVG, EPS, and JPG versions as well. Each product listing details the exact formats included.
Q. Can I use your designs for commercial projects?
Yes! All designs come with a small business commercial use license – you can use them on physical products (shirts, mugs, prints, etc.) for resale.
However, you cannot resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves.
Q. Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because all files are digital and instantly downloadable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. If you encounter an issue with a file, please contact us and we’ll gladly help fix the problem.
Q. Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe to process all payments securely. Your credit card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Q. Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We love custom projects. Use our Contact page with your idea and we’ll get back to you with a quote and timeline.
Q. Can I use your designs for print-on-demand (POD) sites?
Our standard license allows for limited print-on-demand use (Etsy, Shopify, etc.) as long as the design is incorporated into a finished product (like apparel or prints).
You may not upload the original files to POD platforms for others to use or sell.
Q. How soon can I start using the designs?
Instantly! As soon as your payment clears, your files are available for download – no waiting, no shipping delays.
Q. Can I share these files with friends or coworkers?
No. Your purchase license is for one user or business only. Please do not share, resell, or distribute the digital files in any way. Each user must purchase their own license.
Q. What software do I need to use the files?
You can open and use our designs with most popular programs, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Canva, Silhouette Studio, or Cricut Design Space.
Q. Do you update or improve your designs over time?
Yes! We periodically refresh older designs with higher resolution, cleaner lines, or additional formats. If you purchased a file and we release an updated version, you’ll receive free access to the updated files.
Q. Can I edit or customize the designs?
Yes, you can use software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva to resize, recolor, or add your own elements.
You may not claim the original design as your own or resell the unmodified file.
Q. I didn’t receive my download email - what should I do?
First, check your spam folder to your purchase receipt email. If you still can’t find it, contact us.
